He / She must have a minimum experience of 3 – 4 years in the field, 2 years of which should be as an Estimator in the UAE. Experience in Quantity take-off works, skill in Sub-Contracting, materials inquiry, obtaining quotations, and knowledge in Dubai/UAE market is very necessary. Ability to compile BOQ with minimum supervision and knowledge of pricing essentials is an added advantage.
