Operate the dredger and booster optimally and safely according to HSE requirements. Operate the dredger and booster at a maximum daily production, according to the operational capabilities of the dredger and boosters and ensure the daily production. Qualifications: Vocational Dredging Degree or an equivalent professional qualification. First Aid certification. Navigation license (STCW 95). Significant experience in project performance analysis. Basic knowledge of contracting methods and contract administration. Minimum 5 years experience in dredging or marine construction. Coordinate, collect necessary inputs from the site and prepare management reports (SO). Develop and maintain project level schedules and reports. Identify trends, deviations and problem areas. Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Marine / Mech. / Civil), 10 years of experience, Primavera working knowledge, 4-6 years exp. in Oil/Gas construction projects, EPC project exposure.
